When I opened the package I was initially surprised at how unimposing 4.4 girth actually is. When I used the toy for the first time I found the insertion stretch to be minimal with lots of water based lube. This butt plug is VERY firm, and the 3.5 insertable length allows you to stay seated and not feel like it s pushing up on your insides. The aspect I found to be most beneficial, especially when used in extended periods(I am up to 3 hour sessions now) is the narrow stem connection the bulb to the base, extremely comfortable and does not make the bulb feel like it is being forced out. The thin base also sits snuggly and can be unnoticeable unlike other round or rectangle bases I have tried.
