The cuffs can be used in any combination, securing the wrists and ankles together, or one wrist to one ankle and so on. Awesome restraint!

This is a very comfortable toy, very functional. The wife and I can tie each other to the chair with it easily. Also great for hog ties, wife can even peg me while restrained.
