Don't waste money on any other sleeve. The ones that come with the pumps are not very good and some are horrible. Some will pinch or be painful as you try to pull out. Others may allow you to accidentally suck in a nut... and guys, you do NOT want that experience. Trust me. This one is soft, smooth and a nice thick material that makes a great seal and prevents painful accidents. No matter what pump you have, just buy this. Great seal, smooth entry and exit and feels great. Great value. I've tried the other cheaper options, this is better than all of them. If you buy a pump, buy this or you are unlikely to get results or enjoy your pump.
