I've only used it once so far. My penis felt hard, but different after rubbing it on. The cream kind of makes my skin feel rubbery after it absorbed into my penis, so I applied some lube and was good to go. There's barely a smell and it rubs into the skin rather quickly which is nice.

The cream does work as advertised. Its more apparent if you use it with a hard-on, makes the veins details pop a bit more. I like using some of this cream first and then follow up with some lube. Recommended if you'd like to try something different.
