I struggle with vaginismus, and have for years. This is about the same size as the biggest dilator in the medical set they give you for treatment but feels so much better. This is my first glass dildo and I'm in love. It's not too girthy for me, but large enough to feel imo, and nice and long enough to hit bottom and still have enough to hold on to. The curved end really hits the spot, and the ridges feel awesome, although I have to say for me it is easy to go a bit to strong with it and it can be uncomfortable. But take it easy to start and find your limits, I'm positive that it will work well for you. I can compare it to plastic and silicone dildos and I have to say this wins out! So easy to sterilize, hard, and doesn't cause friction like silicone did for me. 10/10 would reccomend, pick up this Mr. asap.

Like the title says, it's a really thin toy, so it doesn't really give that "full" feeling. It took me a while to find my g-spot as I've never used a toy with the curved end, but it felt great once I got a handle on how to position it lol.
