I use them on the tightest setting and they stay on most of the time during sex. they can withstand gentle tugging and teasing and do restrict circulation/make nipples more sensitive. It's nice that you can use them with or without the rubber tips, the clamps don't have very much tread but stick fairly well. bonus is you can pull them off without releasing.chain feels of acceptable quality and has some weight but not overpowering

These nipple clamps are incredible. I love being able to adjust the amount of clamping on the nipple. Great for starting out/ very sensitive nipples. The only complaint I have is that the rubber stuck to my nipple and hurt when my bf unclamped me but only for a split second. Wouldn't deter me from using them.

They're really great and are adjustable so you can have a lighter pinch if need be.
The chain is great but if you need to remove it, I've found i'm able to as the clamps are attached by a small ring (like a key chain).

This is our first set of clamps. They can go up to a pretty good pressure, and the ability to adjust them is great. The tips stay on firmly,,and they seem to be pretty good quality.

I never understood what "pleasure and pain" meant until I tried these on. With their clamp screws loosened all the way, these things can pinch really really hard! I couldn't stay at that level for more than 30 seconds, but it was exhilarating all the same.
