I've tried a few of the pipedream sleeves. Some have ballstraps and some dont. They both come with pros and cons, so let me explain. The ones with ballstraps will hold very well, but the fit will depend on your cock size. If your cock is too small, itll flop between your dick and the extension. If your dick is larger than the sleeve opening, the sleeve wont cover your entire shaft, and that makes for awkward appearance and functionality. That's where the ones without ballstraps come in, because you can trim them to fit, to the base of your shaft and with no gap between you and the extension plug.
