While the dildo is realistically styled, it is not so as far as touch: no flesh like give with this one. Don't worry about it being too flimsy for energetic use; it is rigid base to tip and has no 'give'. The hollow space is about 4" in depth and the diameter about 1 3/4 - 2". The harness is designed to fit snug around his pelvis and I seriously doubt it would extend to 56". My husband has about a 37" waist and the strap is very snug on him. The two straps that go under the testicles and over the buttocks caused him quite a bit of discomfort where they connect with the base and slide between the testes. We definitely don't have to worry about it being too loose and having no control. Due to the curve and rigidity, it was very uncomfortable while using it 'doggy style' and actually caused me to bleed. All other positions where the curve followed my anatomy were delightfully successful. For me, the size was just about perfect; I'd prefer my cervix to remain intact and while I could feel it at times, it is nice to know we can be vigorous without the fear of it causing damage. The girth was not disappointing at all. Cleaning isn't too problematic; but as it cannot be disassembled, it isn't as simple as just throwing it under some soap and water. All in all I am quite happy with it so far; it is great for couples dealing with ED. I just wish my fella got more sensual stimulation/feeling from it, and less discomfort at the base and divisive straps.
