For a person within my modest size range, this item should be very effective. It may be problematic for those at the opposite extremes of length/girth; on the smaller side, it may not grip tightly enough to feel the sensations; on the larger side, it may not even fit. It will take a little bit of experimenting with the buttons to find the combinations that feel best. I'm not sure whether I prefer an open or closed end. This one is closed, so there was no mess afterwards. I wish I was just a bit bigger but I really appreciate how well this works considering. I think as long as you're within 2.5-4" of girth this should work for you. I'd say the internal cavity is a bit over 5" long, so that's also something to keep in mind. The vibration motors are surprisingly good. They aren't very noisy but they do cause the case to be noisy in certain positions. Still on the discrete front it's pretty good. Battery life is fine for my use and I definitely pace myself. They claim an hours use per charge and that seems accurate. The warming effect is nice but more of a you notice it when you don't have it rather then something really noticeable during use. The turbo button is pretty great too but it's very tempting to just hold that down for long stretches and the longer your on the max setting the more desensitized you become to the setting you were previously on.
