This works great. Leather ball gags can cause pinching where the leather goes through the ball. This one has one solid piece for the ball so there is no pinching. It is made entirely of silicone and metal so there is no need to worry about taking care of leather. It seems like there could be a rksk of biting throuh the ball part but this hasnt been a problem. The chains are the right length and the clamps work well. If I could change one thing it would be to make the nipple clamps detachable.

My first time with anything like this, so I was a little intimidated. Easy to breathe thru, not uncomfortable at all. Boyfriend thought this was the hottest thing EVER!. Took one star off, because the chains weren't quite long enough if you squirmed around at all. But my, did we have fun!

My first time with anything like this, so I was a little intimidated. Easy to breathe thru, not uncomfortable at all. Boyfriend thought this was the hottest thing EVER!. Took one star off, because the chains weren't quite long enough if you squirmed around at all. But my, did we have fun!

Gag yes, nipples, no!

the gag is super comfortable and fits real nice. But the nipple clamps on the other hand are sort of Cheap and kept slipping off, on the bright side I had other nipple clamps that were put on easily and now I have no complaints !
